All cylinders manufactured by Atlas Hydraulic undergo 100% testing and certified according to EN 10204 – 2.2. Tests are carried out according to the current pressure leak test instructions to check their durability in conditions similar to their operating conditions. There are several considerations that must be taken into account:

• Working pressure checks
• Function controls
• Cushion control and adjustments
• If available in the system, control with safety valves / operating speed control
• Dimensional controls
• Durability tests under high pressure (working pressure x 1,5)
• No-load running tests under low pressure
• Internal and external leakage tests
